Our IT won't let us download a Zip file

If your IT Department has blocked you from downloading a Zip file, please contact us via the Support Page and we can arrange alternative delivery methods for you.

These alternative methods may include sending individual files to you in email, if size limits aren't restricted, or we may create a shared folder in Microsoft 365 OneDrive for you to download.  This folder will be shared to your email address and not accessible without the specific secure link.
